SJJB Services Pty Ltd is led by Sarah St.Quintin, a lawyer with over 20 years of experience gained from both private practice and in-house. Sarah has extensive experience in contract drafting, negotiation and review across a range of industries including technology, banking, education, small business, government, corporate and professional services. Sarah is known for providing both commercially astute legal advice as well as timely and practical solutions that balance legal risk with business objectives. SJJB Services Pty Ltd offers flexible engagement models to assist with temporary legal resourcing requirements.

Contracting

Review, draft and negotiate a broad range of contracts including IT services, outsourcing, managed services, business process services, cloud, hosting, software development, licensing and maintenance, professional services, leasing, master services, global (multi-jurisdictional) sales contracts, standing supply contracts, website terms and conditions and sales channel contracts such as reseller and distributor agreements.

Procurement

Review, draft and negotiate a broad range of procurement agreements, including software, cloud, hosting, IT, goods and services, reseller, subcontracting and consulting.

Advisory

Provide relevant and practical legal advice in relation to various competition law issues including consumer guarantees and unfair contract terms, privacy and data breaches, intellectual property and commercial contracting.

General

Provide a broad range of other legal services including review of marketing materials for legal and risk compliance, review and negotiation of tender documentation and development of precedent and standard form contracts.

About Sarah

Sarah is calm, reliable and proactive, with a high attention to detail. She has a proven ability to work under pressure and manage a large workload with competing priorities by applying a balanced and pragmatic approach. Sarah is risk aware, not risk averse. She holds an Unrestricted Practising Certificate in New South Wales, Australia as well as a Master of Laws from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from the University of Technology, Sydney.
